Residents:

Are required to sign a agreement covering the academic year's three consecutive terms (fall, winter, & spring) or to sign a agreement for one or more of the terms listed below. An academic year agreement includes residency during the interim periods between consecutive terms.

Extended Stay Reservations:

Early arrival or late departure reservations may be made for a limited number of days prior to and/or after the end of a resident's term at the current daily rate.  Extended stay reservations are subject to availability and should be noted an a resident's housing agreement when possible.

All housing agreements extend from 12PM on the beginning date to 12PM on the ending date.
