Resident Rooms
All rooms have their own unique layout with high ceilings, beautiful large windows, central light, ceiling fan, campus telephone service, self-controlled radiant heat, fresh air ventilation system, newly tiled floors and modular furniture which includes a twin size bed, 3-drawer dresser, large bookcase, desk, chair, small lockable side desk, desk hutch, and wardrobe. Average Single
These are our basic dormitory style rooms. They are generally smaller in size but contain plenty of room for all the basic room amenities listed above. (Image | Floor Plan)

Average Single With Sink
These rooms are fitted with sinks that you can use for brushing your teeth, washing your face, or even cleaning any small washable items. (Image | Floor Plan)

Large Single
These rooms are slightly larger than an average single and do not contain sinks. As with the extra large singles, each of these rooms is distinct in terms of its layout and exact size. (Image | Floor Plan)

Extra Large Single
Most extra large single rooms contain queen size beds in addition to all the basic amenities. These rooms do not contain sinks. As with the large singles, each of these rooms is distinct in terms of its layout and exact size. (Image | Floor Plan)

Bath Suite
These are single occupancy rooms that are generally comparable in size to a large or extra large single. Bath suite rooms are joined in pairs as two bath suites share a semi-private bathroom located between the two rooms. Bath suites are commonly shared by same sex residents and come complete with a separate security door. (Image | Floor Plan)

Suite

Tower
These rooms are located on the 11th and 12th floors on the East Wing of the House. Each floor has three single occupancy rooms with a semi-private bathroom on each floor. There are the only rooms in the House that have walk-in closets and each comes with a stunning view. Due to the unique nature of the tower, elevator services ends at the 9th floor. Tower residents must use stairs to get to these rooms. (Image | Floor Plan)
