Community Resources
The Community Kitchen is located on the first floor. It is equipped with gas cooking ranges, toasters, microwaves, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers with lockable bins that can be rented by the quarter. There are also lockable dry storage lockers for rent on a quarterly basis.
The Laundry Room is located on the lower level and is equipped with coin operated washers and dryers. There are also ironing boards that are available for the residents use. Residents must provide their own iron or may borrow one from the Front Desk. University of Chicago students may utilize the cash stripe on the UCID.
Linen Program
Because linens are particularly bulky and difficult to transport, we have partnered with Residence Hall Linens to provide bed linens (extra long twin size), blankets, pillows and towels for sale online with direct delivery to your room here. If you choose to take part in the Residence Hall Linens program, visit this website and use the following information. If you do not take part in the program, you will need to bring your own linens or purchase them after arrival.
