National Forum on Police Crimes

Lecture Series

May 16, 2014

May 16 from 9am-5pm; May 17 from 9am-1:30pm

Assembly Hall

This national forum, initiated by the Chicago Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, will bring together many of their founding and lifetime members with organizers and scholar/activists from local movements against police crimes in Chicago, the Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, Baltimore, and other cities. The forum will discuss how police crimes affect labor rights, immigrant rights, LGBTQ rights, women, and the repression of people for progressive political activities - the very things that spurred the founding of the NAARPR 41 years ago.
