The 10th Consulate General of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Hong Lei, will present a public lecture in the International House Assembly Hall followed by a reception. The program will also include a question and answer session with the audience.

As Consulate General, Mr. Hong Lei covers nine states in the Midwest of U.S., namely Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Iowa.

Mr. Hong Lei is committed to joining hands with people of all circles in this region to promote their mutually beneficial cooperation and people-to-people friendly exchanges, and building a new model of major power relations between China and U.S.
