Join International House as we host the Center for the Study of Race, Politics, and Culture (CSRPC) for its signature Annual Public Lecture featuring scholar-activist, feminist, and writer, Professor Gina Dent, Professor of Feminist Studies, History of Consciousness, and Legal Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz on the topic of “Visualizing Abolition: How to Imagine a World Without Prisons.” Cathy J. Cohen, CSRPC Faculty Affiliate and Inaugural Chair of the Department of Race, Diaspora, and Indigeneity (RDI), will be in conversation with Professor Dent.
