Fellowships & Internships

International House provides fellowship and internship opportunities to help ensure the exceptional geographic, cultural, and economic diversity that is central to the mission of the House. Fellowship recipients have the unique opportunity to play a leadership role within the community and to exemplify the International House mission. Graduate Fellowships allow graduate students to be fully engaged in the multi-faceted life of the House through a wide array of activities for UChicago graduate students. Global Program Fellow Interns arrange activities that promote interpersonal and intercultural understanding and friendship among all UChicago graduate students. Global Voices Metcalf Interns at International House support the Global Voices Performing Arts & Lecture Series. Davis Projects for Peace is an initiative for students to design their own grassroots projects which promote peace and address the root causes of conflict among parties.
