The second event in the annual Latin American Policy Forum led by the Latin American Matters student organization at Harris School of Public Policy will feature a discussion with Hugo Rodriguez Nicolat, Public Policy Manager at Twitter, Cristina Pombo, Head of the Digital and Data Cluster at Inter-American Development Bank, and Hector Faya, Head of Policy and Government Outreach for Latin America at Facebook on digital economy in Latin America.
