Join us for an evening of short film screenings created by young filmmakers. As the first film festival hosted by Fire Escape Films and International House at the University of Chicago, this festival celebrates the creative voices of new artists exploring themes of identity, migration, and cultural heritage of the East Asian Diaspora. The screenings will be followed by a panel discussion with directors Yisong Tang, Haze Chae Lee, William Yung, and UChicago Cinema and Media Studies Assistant Professor Cassandra Guan.
