Dr. Robert Kagan, Senior Fellow in the Foreign Policy Program at Brooking Institution and foreign policy advisor for Hillary Clinton, will speak on the state of American foreign policy and national security, as well as the numerous challenges facing President Obama and his successor. The talk will be moderated by Robert Pape, Professor in Political Science at the University of Chicago.
