Join us during the last Book Club of Autumn Quarter for a thought-provoking exploration of modern life with Severance by Ling Ma. This award-winning novel, written by a University of Chicago alum, blends satire, dystopia, and dark humor to examine work culture, consumerism, and identity in a world on the brink of collapse. We’ll provide copies of this captivating story, allowing you to dive into it during the first half of the session, followed by an engaging discussion in the second half.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required at: https://ihouse2024_severance.eventbrite.com

Please enter through the door on 59th Street.
