Join us for our last book club of winter quarter! Set in Maxwell’s hometown of Lincoln, Illinois, the book starts with the story of a murder that occurred in 1922. 50-years later, the guilt ridden narrator recounts how a family feud ultimately resulted in two deaths, one from murder and another from suicide, and his own failures to help control the issues.
