Join International House for a fun-filled summer evening under the stars at Movies on the Midway, featuring a free outdoor screening of Despicable Me 4! Presented by UChicago’s Office of Civic Engagement and the Chicago Park District, this beloved Hyde Park tradition brings the community together through film, laughter, and summer vibes. Bring your blankets, relax on the grass, and enjoy the movie with fellow grad students!

Event attendees will meet in front of International House at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 9, and walk together to the Midway Plaisance for the screening.

This event is exclusively for graduate students and postdocs 21+ with UCID. Registration is required at: https://ihouse2025_MoviesOnMidway.eventbrite.com.

Please meet at the main entrance on 59th Street.
