Please join us for a keynote from Judith Butler as we celebrate twenty years of the Chicago Center for Contemporary Theory at the University of Chicago. Butler will address urgent questions about the role of theory today, including its relevance in an era of information overload, threats to democracy, extractive capitalism, climate disaster, ongoing genocide in plain sight, and deepening authoritarianism.

This event is free and open to the public. Seating is limited. Registration is required: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/theory-now-practices-predicaments-and-possibilities-tickets-1291461218269?aff=oddtdtcreator

Please enter through the door on S. Dorchester Ave.
