Program Series:
- Tuesday, 2-3pm April 4: Let’s Talk (drop-in consultation sessions with mental health clinician who identifies/familiar with international student community)
- April 11: Mindfulness Meditation
- April 18: Let’s Talk
- April 25: Restorative Yoga or Art Therapy
- May 2: Let’s Talk
Registration is NOT required. Classes are drop-in, capped at 25 students each. This event is free and open to all UChicago students with a valid UCID.
