International House Chicago is proud to support International House New York for this event. Join us for a virtual cooking experience with Japanese Ambassador Kanji Yamanouchi for an intimate evening in the kitchen with his personal chefs, Shima Yasuhiro and Tsutsumi Shogo.

The chefs will explain and prepare a series of traditional Japanese dishes that you can make at home. The menu and list of ingredients will be provided to registered guests in advance.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
