These programs will aim at promoting and enhancing students’ quality of life and academic success by assisting them in becoming healthy, confident, and resilient individuals. Together with UChicago Health Promotion & Wellness, programs, services, and resources are available that create a campus culture in which students can make informed and proactive decisions about their personal and community health. Facets of the wellness program include: social, emotional, environmental, intellectual, spiritual, physical and financial.

Grad Student Yoga
Join us for yoga with a licensed instructor every Tuesday from 11:30am-12:30pm in the Coulter Lounge. Bring yourself, a mat if you have one, and a willingness to relax, reset, and rejuvenate.
WE ARE BACK!! We trudge swiftly with IHOUSE's MindBodySoul program and its very own "DIY RECIPE BOOKLETS." Join us WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 12TH AT 5 PM TO 7 PM as we craft an EASY TO MAKE booklet which will include a collection of simple and healthy recipes. Who knows, you might be able to use one of these recipes for Valentines Day! Refreshments will be provided as always.
