Reimaginations Discussion Group
Reimaginations is a discussion group in which student thinkers from different countries and disciplines come together in order to "reimagine" crucial concepts of the human experience. Since its conception in 2017, graduate students have met at Reimaginations and discussed some of the most pressing social challenges in the world. Reimaginations will continue biweekly on Wednesday evenings throughout Fall Quarter. Please check the GRAD Events Calendar for future dates.

Show Me Chicago Trips
International House GRAD Global Impact Interns organize regular trips to must-see places around Hyde Park and the rest of the city of Chicago. Past trips have included Lincoln Park Zoo, White Sox baseball game, theatre trips, Robie House tours, Chicago Fire soccer game, as well as various Chicago neighborhoods such as Chinatown, Greektown, and Pilsen. These are a great way to explore the many exciting activities that this city has to offer in a group. We look forward to resuming our Show Me Chicago trips and tours when it is safe to do so.
Grad Mixers & Cultural Celebrations
The Graduate Commons Program regularly hosts large student mixers, often connected to special cultural events. Recently, graduate students have come together to celebrate Diwali, Lunar New Year, and Mardi Gras.
All events are exclusively for graduate students at least 21 years of age.
