Whether you’re a beginner or a big-time mega marathoner, come run. Run from your homework. Run from your deadlines. Come run for fun! We’ll meet in front of the main entrance of International House every Saturday for a run, followed by brunch at Medici!

Mindfulness refers to focusing your own awareness on the present moment and observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a regular basis.
