Omar Saif Ghobash is the ambassador from the United Arab Emirates to Russia. His new book Letters to a Young Muslim is a collection of correspondence with his eldest son. The book is a message to young Muslims like his sons to reject extremism. Calling for more education and technological development in the Arab world, Ambassador Gohbash is a thought leader who explores what being Muslim means in the 21st Century. Please join the IOP’s International Policy Program for an insightful discussion about the future of Islam.
Copies of Mr. Ghobash’s book will be for sale. Lunch will be provided.
