Join us for a performance with The South Asian Music Ensemble as they explore a variety of classical, vernacular, and popular song styles from the Indian Subcontinent. The ensemble focuses on both vocal techniqe and instrumentalism, exploring various stylistic features, compsitional forms, improvisational practices and performance conventions specific to India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and other South Asian diasporas. 

A reception will follow the performance at 3:00PM. This event is free and open to the public.
