The youngest female Parliament member in Israeli history, Stav Shaffir is a progressive voice in Israel’s left-wing party. She rose to prominence after her leading role in the 2011 social justice protests, Israel’s largest ever cross-party protest, mobilizing hundreds of thousands of Israelis to take to the streets and set up protest camps throughout the country. Join us at International House for a discussion on progressive movement and social activism with Stav Shaffir. A reception will precede the discussion.
