One of the largest festivals in the U.S. showcasing the folk music, dance, and culture of the Balkans and Eastern Europe, this festival attracts enthusiasts from all over the country. Guided by master dance teachers and inspired by virtuoso musicians you’ll dance, sing, and jam all weekend long! Be enthralled by splendid performances of music and dance at the Saturday evening concert. Sample mouth-watering delicacies prepared by expert Balkan cooks. Finally, don’t miss the Sunday evening post-festival dinner and party.

Friday
8PM-midnight
Mini-workshops featuring the folklore of Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Turkey and the Roma followed by a dance party with James Stoyanoff and Orchestra Balkana. $20 per person.
Saturday
9AM-5PM
Dance, music and singing workshops featuring the folklore of Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Turkey and the Roma. $12 per workshop.
7PM-midnight
Concert and dance party with Balkanski Ritmi Bitov Orchestra, Chris Bajmakovich & Muzika4U, Balkanski Igri, Dukati Biseri, Verea, Ellas, Romanasul and more. $20 for party only, $30 for concert and party. Dinner will be served for $30 at 5:15PM at Salonica Restaurant, 1440 E 57th St, Chicago, IL 60637. Reservations required; limited seating.
Sunday
9AM-5PM
Dance workshops featuring the folklore of Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Turkey and the Roma. $12 per workshop.
After 6PM
Dinner and dance party with live music, location TBA. $40 per person.
