Join the International House Graduate Commons as we partner with Student Wellness for this new Thriving Tuesdays series. Aimed at integrating the states of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, this series will give students the space and opportunity to work on themselves. For this session, we will be taking part in a Mindfulness Meditation class.
Registration is NOT required. Classes are drop-in, capped at 25 students each. This event is free and open to UChicago students with a valid UCID.
