The panel is open to all individuals who support, oppose or are unsure about fossil fuel divestment, or simply would like to learn more about the issues.  UChicago students will ask panelists prepared questions about the financial, institutional, scientific and moral aspects of divestment.  Afterwards, audience members will have the opportunity to ask additional questions.

Panelists:
Raymond Lodato is the Senior Survey Director at the National Opinion Research Center and a Lecturer in Public Policy in the College, with a focus on education, child development, and environmental studies.
Elisabeth Moyer is an assistant professor in the Department of Geophysical Sciences and focuses on atmospheric chemistry and transport, along with climate and energy policy.
James Sallee is an assistant professor at the Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and researches various topics in the area of public economics, with an emphasis on taxation and environmental policy.

Raymond Pierrehumbert is the Louis Block Professor of Geophysical Sciences, with a focus on studying how climate works as a system using fluid dynamics and radiative transfer.
