Sobol will address the resurgence of authoritarianism in Russia amidst the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and crackdowns on democratic dissent. Moderated by Konstantin Sonin, this conversation delves into the prospects for democracy in Russia and strategies for fostering positive change.
